Request for Proposals for Professional Conference Photography Services

IZWTAG (Indigenous Zero Waste Technical Advisory Group) is an Indigenous-led non-profit organization supporting First Nations communities in British Columbia with waste management, zero-waste initiatives, training, technical advisory services, community projects, and related program delivery.

IZWTAG is seeking proposals from qualified professional photographers to provide conference photography in May 2027. The intent of this Request For Proposals (RFP) is to invites proposals from experienced photographers to document a two-day event comprising a half-day roundtable and a full-day conference, and to provide professional headshots for board members and staff.

Event Dates: May 12 and 13, 2027
