Reuse an item yourself, or swap and exchange items on-line, at freestore days or at a swap shed. Another type of freestore is a library of things that you can borrow.

Bella Bella
The Heiltsuk community at Bella Bella started a Freestore in 2010 at the solid waste management centre. Later, the Freestore relocated to the old Firehall to be closer to the village centre.
