Waste Bin Pull Up Driver

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled driver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hitching up and towing out waste bins and totes from waste rooms to the street level, once the bins and totes have been emptied the candidate will be responsible for hitching up and towing them back down into the waste room. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Duties

• Safely operate vehicles to tow up and down waste bins and totes to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, bins and totes to ensure safety and compliance.
• Load and unload bins as required, utilizing proper lifting techniques.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and management and other team members regarding bin, tote, site and truck issues.
• Message management when bins and totes are still full at the end of the day, or if they are empty in the morning

Experience

• Previous experience in waste bin pull out industry is an asset
• Familiarity with waste management Industry is an asset
• Experience in towing is an asset
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Pay: $3,500.00-$5,000.00 per month
