Position Overview:

We are seeking Quality Control workers to join our Production team at our Gifford facility. You will be responsible for inspecting, sorting, and recording recyclable materials to ensure bale quality and prevent contamination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time and ready for scheduled shifts
• Sort and inspect materials by type, size, and color
• Separate materials into bins and weigh them using scales
• Record findings on audit forms
• Maintain a clean and safe work area (sweeping, shoveling, wiping)
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
• Follow all health and safety procedures and wear required PPE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a plant, warehouse, or production environment preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
