Accomodation at the training is pre-booked for participants under the IZWTAG room block. We will provide their names to the hotel and pay for their rooms directly. Hotel bookings/costs in other locations are the responsibility of the First Nation, unless pre-authorized. See check-in/check-out dates below.

TRAVEL
Travel arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the First Nation. Travel claim forms will be provided for eligible reimbursements per Treasury Board guidelines.
MEALS
(Breakfast and Lunch) will be provided during the event. Other meals are the responsibility of the participant and can be included on travel claim.
NEEDS
Food allergies/sensitivities, medical conditions, accessibility requirements (i.e. mobility, hearing) or any other needs requiring additional support. IZWTAG will do our best to accommodate your request.

By accepting this representation agreement, you confirm that all information is accurate, complete and up to date. You acknowledge that you are responsible for supplying valid contact details for both participant and supervisor, as IZWTAG will need to be able to contact both in an emergency. You agree to carefully read the IZWTAG event information about your course registration, accommodations and related information in advance of attending the event. You agree to notify IZWTAG as soon as possible if you cannot attend - no shows will be charged back to the Nation or individual on a case by case basis.

The participant agrees to conduct themselves in a professional manner with caution towards safety for themselves, the other participants and IZWTAG staff. The participant acknowledges that the activity involves some risk and agrees to not hold the organization responsible for injuries and releases IZWTAG of such liabilities. The participant understands there will be cameras present at the event and that they give permission to IZWTAG to use their photograph publicly to promote the organization, and that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to them at any time by reason of such use.
