Pay: $25–$30/hr

(Includes base pay, tips, and bonuses paid on every paycheck.)

What You’ll Do

• Work with a crew of 2–3 team members in our clean, shiny blue trucks
• Travel around the city helping customers get rid of unwanted items from homes and businesses
• Provide top-notch customer service and help upsell services
• Safely lift and load items weighing 50+ lbs
• Drive company vehicles (if eligible) and help manage logistics on-site
• Support our commitment to the environment by donating, recycling, and reducing landfill waste

You Bring

• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for driving roles)
• Experience in customer service, labour, delivery, retail, or sales is a strong asset
